Dead on Arrival (DOA)
A DOA case is defined as any immediately identifiable defects in the product that already existed at the time of delivery to the end customer or that occur within the DOA period agreed with the supplier. In a DOA case, we aim for an immediate replacement for the end customer.
The warranty period begins with the delivery of the product to the end customer. The return date of the defective product shall be the date of acceptance at a Galaxus Deutschland GmbH shop or, in the case of return shipment by the end customer to Galaxus Deutschland GmbH or the supplier, the date of posting with the relevant carrier.
Products that weigh more than 31.5 kg or are classified as bulky goods (belt dimensions >360 cm).
Low cost products
Products with a low purchase value for which return shipment and repair are not financially worthwhile.
